Omar Vance, a native of Portia, Arkansas, has worked in the Jonesboro retail community for nearly 12 years.  He has held management positions at Waldenbooks, Babbages, Hastings, and currently at Target as the Electronics Team Leader.  Omar graduated from Black Rock High School in 1996 as valedictorian and then Arkansas State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems - Programming.  Omar Vance currently is a full time employee of Target but also has been the web designer for The Arnold Group since 2003.

Omar has also had experience in the field of desktop publishing.  He produced a weekly church bulletin for the Portia Church of Christ from 1995-2002.  He also designed the KASU-FM Program Guide from 2000-2003.  One of Omar's hobbies is selling items on eBay.
